We will consider the return of items bought via our website on a case by case basis. In order to return an item to us the piece must not have been used and must still retain the original packaging. If you wish to return an item to us please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving your item. Proof of purchase will be required and the item will be inspected and compared to archive photographs to ensure that it is in the same condition it was when received by the client.
You acknowledge that you may not cancel your order once it has been placed.
While we make every effort to ensure that items are available as offered on our website, we cannot guarantee that all products are in stock when the order is submitted. We reserve the right to withdraw products in our range from sale for any reason or reject your order (without liability) if we are unable to process or fulfil it, in this event a full refund will be made to the purchaser.
Outside of the EU customs duties are non-refundable. However you may be able to recover the charges by contacting your local customs bureau.
